These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the accommodation booking services for short-term rental apartments in Lisbon provided by Space Creation – Tax ID (NIF) 506540600 (hereinafter “Space Creation”, “we” or “our”). By using our website and making a booking, you (“Guest” or “Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. A booking is only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit is received.
2.2. Prices include VAT at the legal rate and may include additional service or cleaning fees where applicable.

3. Payment

3.1. Payments can be made via the payment methods available on the website (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
3.2. Any remaining balance must be paid before check-in.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation policies are defined during the booking process and vary depending on the selected rate. 
4.2. Cancellations outside the specified period may not be fully refunded.

5. Check-in and Check-out

5.1. Standard check-in and check-out times will be specified at booking or in your confirmation.
5.2. Changes to these times depend on availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Use of Property

6.1. Apartments are for temporary residential use only.
6.2. Guests must comply with house rules and maintain the property in good condition.

7. Security Deposit

7.1. A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages and will be refunded after inspection. 

8. Liability

8.1. Space Creation is not liable for indirect damages or loss of personal belongings.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
9.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts of Lisbon.
